About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience treating millennial and Gen Z clients facing depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. I have specialized training in spiritual trauma, birth trauma, perinatal mental health, and addiction/co-addiction.

I was helped by therapy first as a teenager, and over the years found solace there in difficult times. I became a therapist because I believe it’s in relationships we are injured and paradoxically, it must be through relationships that we heal.

In my spare time I love listening to podcasts, woodworking, and adventuring with my husband and kids. I never let myself get too far from a good iced tea or coffee.

I embrace diversity in my practice including all races, body sizes, neurotypes, abilities, sexualities, genders, and spiritual traditions.
